My journey began in 2013 when I turned my love for exercise and training into my profession. Fast forward to 2018 and I am an accredited Exercise Scientist & Exercise Physiologist from the University of Wollongong (UOW) graduating with a Bachelor of Science Exercise Science, Graduate Diploma in Exercise Rehabilitation (2017). I am also a certified Sarah Key Exercise Therapist specialising in exercise prescription for lower back pain.
I have a love for Martial Arts and have been training for over 10 years, coaching for just over 5 years and I incorporate these skills when working with my clients. I specialise in musculoskeletal injuries, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, neurological and mental health patients to help them get back on their feet.
I also collaborate with Australian Combat & Exercise working together with Hays Daewoud and the team as an expert Martial Arts Instructor and Exercise Physiologist presenting programs which educate other health professionals on the benefits of boxing and kickboxing as a modality for improving health.
I dedicate my spare time to further develop my knowledge of the human body and mind through attending courses and seminars run by the best in their field.
I am grateful for the opportunity to work with you to give you the best outcome and chance for getting back to living the life that you love. My goal is to exercise develop programs specific to you. I look forward to welcoming you to our clinic soon.
